My go-to place in Ventspils! The staff even helped with my bags on my first stay. It's perfect for me, with Free Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, sauna, and a kids play area. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We stayed at Atputas Vieta Buki for one night and it was simply wonderful. The place has a cozy and rustic charm, like visiting granny's farm. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft panda-sheets that made for a cozy sleep. The highlight for us was the mini zoo, where we got to see all kinds of farm and exotic animals. The owners take such good care of them, it's admirable. The beautiful park with a pond and lots of greenery added to the charm. It's a unique experience that we highly recommend.

Unique and wonderful place with a stunning park, pond, and farm/small zoo. Warm and clean rooms, delicious smoked fish for supper, and the option to have breakfast arranged. Each room has its own picnic table and grill. Helpful owners and a nice garden view with a children's playground. You can buy fresh products from the owners and book Turkish/Steam Bath and laundry services.

I had an amazing time at this unique place. The cottages were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, like a huge refrigerator and comfortable beds. The shared bathrooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The mini zoo with exotic animals was a delightful bonus, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The peaceful countryside location added to the charm, and being able to bring my dogs was a huge plus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This place is perfect for families with kids. The mini-zoo is amazing! We got to see camels, ostriches, hedgehogs, and even a pony. The kids were ecstatic! The hosts were so kind and welcoming, they made us feel like part of the family. The cottage we stayed in had everything we needed, including a fridge and an electric kettle. We loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful garden view. And the best part? The area had a playground with a trampoline! The kids had a blast while we relaxed.

The only downside was the limited Wi-Fi access. It was only available near the reception area, which was a bit inconvenient.

Don't have any issues at all

The room we stayed in had a kitchenette with an oven, which was a huge plus for us as a family. It made it so convenient to cook our own meals and save some money during our stay.

Personally, we didn't really care for the electric kettle in the double room. It's just a minor thing though, and others might still enjoy it.

We stayed at a unique and wonderful place called Atputas Vieta Buki. the room was spacious, clean, and had a picnic table and grill outside the window. the surroundings were beautiful, with a pond, greenery, and even a mini zoo with farm and exotic animals. the owners took great care of the animals, and we enjoyed watching them. Despite being a guest house/campsite, the room was warm and comfortable. We also appreciated being able to purchase freshly-smoked fish from the owner for supper. our stay was fantastic and we wished we could have stayed longer. Cons: Was all great! 😊.
